Shipping Policy


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the carrier’s live rate and the total weight and size of your order.

  • We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS to provide accurate rates and reliable delivery options.

  • We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping within the Contiguous U.S. on orders of $150 and above — while free standard delivery is available, you’re always welcome to upgrade to a faster paid courier service at checkout at your convenience.

  • Our business currently ships within the United States only — but good news: Canada is coming soon!

 

Processing Time

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and pack your order before dispatch.

  • We take special care in packaging fragile items to ensure they arrive safely.

  • During busy seasons or special releases, order processing and delivery may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience — every package is packed by hand with care.

 

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days within the United State. Please note that holidays, weather events, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order includes an item on pre-order or back-order, we will:

  • Ship available items first

  • Send remaining items as soon as they arrive in stock

If you receive part of your order first — don’t worry, the rest is on its way shortly after.


Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or text) once your order is on the way, including your tracking link.

  • You can also follow your shipment anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

  • If you notice an error, contact us within 48 hours at fondcare@fondware.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

  • Once a package is dispatched, we’re unable to modify the address or redirect the shipment.

  • Please note that we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. A full street address is required for all deliveries.


Lost or Stolen Packages

For delivery or tracking issues:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first.
    Sometimes a package is marked “delivered” before it actually arrives, or the carrier may need confirmation or additional information from you to complete the delivery.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us within 15 days of the marked delivery date.
    Include your order number and tracking details in your message, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please note that once a package is marked “delivered”, We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we’ll gladly help you open a claim or locate the shipment whenever possible.


Customs & Import Taxes (for Canada & International Orders)

As we will expand beyond the U.S. in the future, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their local government.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

  • Customs inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.

  • We appreciate your understanding and patience with cross-border shipments.


Shipping Insurance

  • All orders are carefully packed and include standard carrier coverage against loss or damage in transit.

  • If you would like to add additional shipping insurance for extra peace of mind, please leave a note at checkout or email us at fondcare@fondware.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • In the rare case that an tiem arrives damged, please contact us within 72 hours of arrival with photos - and we will assist you with a replacement or carrier claim.

 

Fragile Goods Note

Many Fondware items are delicate by nature. Each piece is wrapped and cushioned with care, but small variations or minor imperfections are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
