Return Policy


Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing fondcare@fondware.com.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations at that point.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging each order, but accidents can happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at fondcare@fondware.com within 72 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assist you with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability. Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved, as carriers may require inspection.

 

Returns

  • Our return window lasts 15 days from the date your package is delivered.
    If 15 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Please do not return items to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our warehouse.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees (including free-shipping promotions) are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items listed under the conditions below are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Fragile goods (glassware, ceramics) that have been used or unwrapped

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

 

Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be partially or fully denied if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • Parts are missing or damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • The return is received more than 15 days after delivery

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding its status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at fondcare@fondware.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please initiate a return and place a new order instead.

Please contact fondcare@fondware.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

 

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

 

Return Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return, email fondcare@fondware.com or contact us here with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance for returns over $75. Fondware is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim or locating your package whenever possible.

All refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled with care and fairness.
Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible while protecting the integrity of our small-batch, thoughtfully chosen goods.
